Property Management: Formed Proctor Services in 2000 as a property management and real estate investment firm. Our President guides the organization in managing a diverse portfolio of properties in and around Charlotte, NC, in 13 different communities. Developed successful marketing campaign to target women, homeless, at-risk homelessness, disadvantaged and the disabled to fill low-occupancy properties. Works with local agencies to find supportive services for those target populations living in Proctor housing. Continues to diversify the company's portfolio and now manages warehouse and commercial space. Proctor Services also manages, 22,650 square feet of mini-storage and 23,100 square feet of commercial space. Exceptional property management is the hallmark of a Proctor Services community.
During Mr. Proctor's 31 plus years he has also managed 263,500sq. ft. at Brittany Apartments, 134,300 sq ft at Plaza Terrace, 237,150 sq ft at Shamrock Gardens, 168,300sq ft at Williamsburg, and 290,700sq ft at Yorktown Apartments. In addition, he managed an office/warehouse facility with 26,000 sq ft on Statesville Ave in Charlotte, NC.
Mr. Proctor started managing Silverstone in 1984 with 89,976 sq ft at and Shadowood in 1986 with 105,760sq ft, and Riverwalk Apartment Homes with 161,064sq ft.
Proctor Services currently manages 38,750 sq ft of storage/commercial space since 2001. In addition, Proctor Services also currently manages Oak Park at Briar Creek with a total of 228,600sq ft and has managed the property since 2005.
Medical: We have added team members that are uniquely qualified to manage Out Patient Clinics and Hospitals for Veterans Affairs. We now have a division for managing medical facilities. Leading Proctor's Healthcare Division is Chip Crumpler, CPM®. Mr. Crumpler's experience covers many years of property management - concentrating on medical facilities. Crumpler has handled all day to day management and maintenance oversight functions for 850,000 square feet of medical clinic space for demanding medical clients. His portfolio and resume found at the end of this section demonstrate his immensely successful and increasingly responsible career path.
BURR: We are excited to be a team member of Pridon, LLC as we explore Building Utilization Review and Repurposing (BURR) Initiative for the Department of Veterans Affairs. We have been awarded a contract for housing in Nebraska and Kansas. We will be responsible for occupancy and leasing duties for the Veteran Housing, and will provide Property Management and maintenance services. Proctor's on-site property management offices will be staffed by caring, professionally trained, credentialed management and maintenance staff that will interface with veterans members and their families. Led by Bo Proctor, Jr., CPM®, CCIM®, Lt Col. USMC Reserve (Retired), Proctor Services is a full-service commercial and multi-family real estate development and management firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Pridon's Community Management Executive, Mr. Proctor, has been decorated as the Property Manager of the Year in western NC and has been an integral member of the Institute of Real Estate.
